It was established as a service company of the Association. Nowasdays it is committed almost exclusively with the publishing. Ci.Vin srl publishes: the monthly review Terre del Vino; the Cities of Wine Guide; the Roads of Wine and Taste Guide; the little Guide of the enogastronomical events in the Cities of Wine. Additionally, the Notebook of the Languages of Wine, the Italian Ancient Species of Vine Dictionary and in 2004 the Tuscan vin Santo, by Giacomo Tachis..
