The image of the Cities Of the Wine in the World

The Ambassadors of the Cities of the Wine are named by the meeting according to the suggestion of the President among the Administrators of the Cities of the Wine and among the personalities of the world of the Institutions, of the culture, of the art, of the science, of the economy and of the sport that has had a particularly meaningful and meritorious role in the popularization of the tied up culture to the territories of the wine.

Particularly the Ambassadors can promote, previous agreement with the regional Coordinators, relationships with the Institutions, cultural and economic organisms of the territories, in coherence with you address him of the association and the organization of events and initiatives of solidarity.

A national Coordination, formed by three members, with one president of his and a secretary, and it effects periodic reunions to coordinate the activities together with the other organs of the association. The activity of Ambassador is for free.

The first Meeting of the Ambassadors of the "Città del Vino" is developed to Cellino San Marco, July 29 th 2007, year of the Twenty-year one of the foundation of the association, and you/he/she has elected as Coordinator Gianfranco Tosi, Alderman of St. Colombano al Lambro, already member of the Executive Junta and the National Suggestion as Coordinator of the Region Lombardy..

As established by the Rule that discipline the position of Ambassador, approved during the last Meeting of St. Gimignano of June 23 rd 2007, has been chosen also Luigi Xella, national Adviser of Imola as Secretary and Antonio Cavallo, already Deputy President of Lizzano as Adviser.
